SHIPPING

DOMESTIC: 

All orders within the USA are eligible for our $4.00 Flat-Fee “Economy Shipping.”  Shipping will occur within 5 business days for items that are in stock.  Custom orders will ship within 2 weeks.

 

For faster order processing and shipping, faster rates are available via USPS and UPS.  For these rates, shipping will occur within 3 business days for items that are in stock.  Custom orders will ship within 2 weeks.

 

Domestic shipping takes an average of 4-7 business days to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL: 

Additional International Shipping rates will apply. These rates will be displayed during checkout.  International shipping takes an average of 15-21 business days to arrive.

We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 All orders include $50 insurance, additional insurance coverage can be purchased by the buyer.  

 

We only follow the shipping information based on what the customer has entered during checkout. We are not liable for lost, held or mis-delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses.  Order confirmations are immediately sent to the customer's email address to confirm the purchase, shipping address and give adequate time to review the order’s full details.

 

RETURNS:  Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the purchase and ONLY if the item(s) is returned with its original packaging and in its original condition.  All shipping for returns must be paid by the customer.  Once a returned item is received, the customer will be issued a refund in the amount of the item(s).  Shipping costs will not be refunded.*

 

REFUNDS:  Defective or incorrect items must be reported to us (aloha@upcyclehi.com) within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Please include a photo of the damaged item along with your order # in the email. If not reported within the time frame, you may not receive replacement or refund.*

 *Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, and invoice, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
