"Limu" Limited Release Melted Marine Debris Products
At long last, our "Limu" products have arrived! Many thanks to all of you who participated in helping us in our naming contest. This is a very limited release of products, get yours before they are all gone!
These products get their color from the fibers of ropes and nets which are recovered during local beach cleanup efforts. Selected cuts of rope are taken home before being washed and dried. Cleaned portions are then broken down into their individual fibers which is fused together with post-consumer plastics to create a lightweight and durable material.
Our Limu color blend was created from the small rope segment collected during Hawaii marine debris removal efforts you see photographed.
